Milles QW setup (I think I included everything, let me know if I forgot something).

Lava/Tele/Water textures
Scorebar
Skins
Wad

Some of it I made, some of it I found here @ gfx.quakeworld.nu. Modified a few things to my liking. Thanks to all original authors! Someone asked me about wall/floor colors. I get that from map textures I downloaded here @ gfx.quakeworld.nu, uploaded by veRRo (based on foogs).

Where to put things:
wad > qw/textures/wad
crosshair > qw/crosshairs
tracker > qw/textures/tracker
bmodels > qw/textures/bmodels
models > qw/textures/models
scorebar > qw/gfx
charset qw/textures/charsets
lava/tele/water > qw/textures
skins > qw/skins
