Click the \\\\\\\'Conbacks FAQ\\\\\\\' link
1) Put the conback file in /quake/qw/gfx/.
2) The file must be named conback.png.
3) It will now be automaticly loaded once starting Quake.
btw, a 16:10 and 16:9 version would be ace.
